Simple Hibiscus Leave in Conditioner
This simple conditioner can be use as a moisturizer for the hair or a refresher for dry hair, it is one of my favourite leave ins after washing my hair, leaves it soft and manageable
I am going too share a recipe that I love and it works:
1 Hibiscus Flower
2 teaspoons of calendula flower
1/2 teaspoon of horse tail leaves
1/8 teaspoon of catnip leaves
5 1/2 oz water
Bring water too a rolling boil (it should be reduced too 4oz by the time it is boiling, pour over flowers and leaves and leave too cool, then strain and also use a spoon too squeeze the rest of the liquid out of the leaves and the flowers. When cooled put in a spray bottle and use within a week since this mixture does not contain a preservative, it will be best too refrigerate it for maximum life.
Benefits: Leaves the Hair nice and bouncy for days lol.
It is recommended that you use the herbs for this and not the powder form, just so you can strain it better.
Just a lil update on the recipe i like the way chamomile smells lol yes i am weak for herbs lol, so i added about a 1/4 of a teaspoon of chamomile just for smell, it gives it a nice herbally smell its not necessary but i like herbally scents.
